Whether you're a duo chasing whitetail or an eight-person crew running a big property, HuntBros keeps everyone on the same map, talking to each other, and aware of where the others are. LIVE HUNT SESSIONS - Start a hunt session in seconds and invite friends with a 6-character code. - See every hunter's live position on the map with smooth updates. - Share your status: In position, Moving, Tracking, Heading back, Break, Need help, or SOS. - Built-in team chat, with optional message bubbles shown above each hunter on the map. - Center the map on yourself or on any crew member in one tap. HUNT AREAS & SECTORS - Draw your hunt perimeters directly on the map (multiple polygons supported). - Import existing boundaries from GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, or GPX files. - Drop waypoints for stands, blinds, trails, game cameras, parking, and points of interest. - Attach reference photos and notes to each marker. - Share your sectors with friends so everyone shows up already knowing the land. SAFETY TOOLS BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Proximity alerts when two hunters get too close. - Perimeter alerts when a crew member leaves the hunt sector. - Line-of-fire and shot-arc warnings to reduce risk during the shot. - SafeShot circles showing each hunter's shot-distance range on the map. - Hunter Safety Radar for unknown hunters detected near your position. - One-tap SOS broadcast to your whole crew. MAPS THAT WORK HOW YOU HUNT - Road, terrain, and satellite basemaps with optional street labels. - Measure distances in meters, feet, or yards. - Weather panel at the sector center: temperature, wind speed and direction, humidity, precipitation, sunrise/sunset, and hunting window. - Keep-screen-on toggle so your live session stays connected. FRIENDS & CREWS - Add friends by email, accept requests, and see who's in Live Mode. - Suggested friends through mutual connections. - Invite hunters who don't have an account yet straight from the app. OFFLINE-FIRST WITH HUNTBROS SCOUT Your sectors, waypoints, and saved data remain available when the signal drops. The upcoming HuntBros Scout companion device adds a private mesh network for your group — no cellular coverage required, with kilometers of range between hunters. Pair it over Bluetooth and your phone becomes a coordination tool deep in the woods.
