Très déçu du changement des conditions. Pourquoi il n’y a plus de rabais en payant avec l’argent que nous avons reçu?!

Terrible platform

A truly terrible platform! It was offered to us through the company I work for. I received a welcome credit that I wanted to use to purchase a voucher, paying partly with the gifted credit and the remaining amount via TWINT.At the moment of payment, the app crashed and everything froze. The end result? No voucher and the credit disappeared. The chatbot was completely useless. I contacted customer support by phone, and although the representative was very kind, she was unable to help me. She explained that the request would need to be forwarded to the relevant department and that I would receive an email within the next few days. No comment!

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We'd like to clarify that when a transaction is cancelled, the gifted credit is refunded within minutes of the cancellation. Please get in touch with us so we can verify your credit balance. Our support team remains available 7 days a week via info@swibeco.ch or in-app chat. 😊
