Bug Fixes: - Spaces added or missing after apostrophes and right single quotes. - Wildcard characters in searches weren't working. - Updated the User's Guide to document searches more thoroughly. Previous documentation didn't mention the legacy pattern-based or "wildcard" searching feature. - Link previews in note viewer could not be dismissed, or, when dismissed on iPhone, would close the note editor.

FIXES - Links to illustrated articles could fail. - Text could be copied to the clipboard with old format identifiers, causing it not to be decoded properly by the receiving app. - Punctuation in selected or entered text could interfere with search and look-up functions. - In certain Bibles, the space after a trailing apostrophe was missing. - Searches for phrases starting with words that do not occur in the text would return results as if the words were not included in the phrase. - Text could scroll to a random location when the height of the text window changed (primarily from showing/hiding the toolbox in the iPad version). - Fixed some verse mapping issues for apocryphal books.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. This update addresses a number of minor bugs and user interface appearance issues. • Addressed a problem with notes being truncated when switching from Edit to View modes. • Links that were split across two lines did not work correctly. • Resolved a couple problems related to managing the download of newly purchased books and updates to books that are already installed on the device. • Closing books from the Library manager did not cause the list of books to be reloaded, so the book appeared to remain open after it was closed. • Fixed a user interface issue where the download progress bar overwrote the book status in the Library manager. • Fixed a user interface issue related to data entry fields being covered by the keyboard.

New Features: • New Home button makes it easier to quickly get to Founders' Bible resources. • New Library manager replaces both "Open Book" and "Add/Remove Books" features to allow easy management of your installed Bibles and books. • Added a setting to disable auto-lock when the device is idle. Keeps the device from turning itself off while you're reading but not interacting with the app. Enhancements: • Added a "Founders' Bible" category to Library manager to make it easier to find the Founders' NASB and Founders' Articles books. • Added a book count at the bottom of the Library manager book list. • Adjusted line spacing in search results to get more text in the excerpt. • Save navigation history on exit so that "Back" and "Forward" continue to work across sessions. • After registering, go to the Home page instead of Cloud Library. • Made the iPad book title bars in the default color scheme the same size as they are in other color schemes, and changed the text colors used for devotional titles in that scheme to be more readable. Fixes: • Fixed some dialogs that were too big to fit and buttons that became too small on smaller devices. • Expanded the effective area of touches to make it easier to tap small links in the text, like the asterisks that link to translators' notes in the Bible. • Fixed a problem with "textured backgrounds" where they wouldn't work if enabled the very first time the program was launched. • Updated and made corrections to the books that come bundled with the app.
