You can also get personalised training programmes (including exercise technique instruction and videos) and track your progress when you train both indoors and outdoors. Plus - enjoy the best Technogym kit experience when using your Club - the app will connect to and automatically set up gym equipment with your personal settings, via either Bluetooth or QR Code. Your results will be tracked on your mywellness account and will be instantly available via the app. Log MOVEs manually or sync with other health and fitness apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Myzone, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
