UVeritech’s PALIDIN Mobile (PALIDIN.M) system authenticates government-issued identity documents without the need for additional hardware resources or infrastructure, such as a connected desktop computer or dedicated document reader scanner.
PALIDIN.M uses the camera of a smartphone or tablet to capture images of both the front and back of the ID document, as well as a “selfie” to ensure live presence of the customer. The authentication process is quick and easy and the results are stored in the cloud portal in real-time
A dozen or more forensic-level tests (eg. customer identity, physical document integrity, barcode extraction enabling data cross-check) are performed on the document.
PALIDIN.M supports a broad range of global documents including: driver license, identification cards, passports, visas, and many more document types.
