The application is easy to use and convenient but you are forced to pay in your home currency and the exchange rate is very bad (about 6% markup).

Limitation in Currency selection

Seams easy to use, but does not let you pay in HKD. Modern financial Apps like Wise or Revolut let you pay in any Currency and there is no reason why it does not let you pay in HKD. I stick to the physical card instead.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We suggest you to check the latest balance of your bank/credit card account to confirm if such payment has been successfully deducted from your bank account. If the whole top-up process is incomplete, normally any such payments may have been cancelled but this cancellation may take several days to reflect in your bank account. We suggest you to contact your bank directly.
