4. Cancel Renewal: To cancel the renewal, please do so within 24 hours of the current subscription expiration

L’application est plus encombré par leur placement de produits que vraiment utile! Beaucoup de notifications à cet effet ! On est déjà tellement envahi ! Se déconnecte souvent ! Je rejoins mon prédécesseur pour dire qu’elle n’est pas aboutie

Their expensive fountains don‘t work properly and don’t connect. Their newest one just stops waterflow because the rotor physically gets stuck whenever the water is low. Luckily the feeder works offline, but it doesn‘t connect properly to the app anymore. Their customer support is beyond slow (weeks of response time), and resolutions are generic and mostly not helpful. I will be changing up my entire inventory to another brand as soon as possible. So dangerous for the pets if the products that literally keep them alive are unreliable!

Je voulais un appareil à croquettes me permettant de ne pas me soucier de l’alimentation de mon animal… et bien aujourd’hui je ne fais qu’à moitié confiance à l’appareil et l’application n’aide pas : acheter un appareil avec caméra pour que 1x sur 2 on ne puisse pas s’y connecter depuis l’application, idem pour les enregistrements sur la carte SD qui ne chargent que 2x sur 3… en plus lorsqu’il y a un chargement interminable sur l’application, on ne peut tout simplement plus rien faire à part attendre… sans compter les différents « états inconnus » qui ne donnent pas plus d’informations quand l’appareil n’a pas pu distribuer la nourriture… honnêtement pour le prix des produits, on s’attend à mieux de cette application…
