Fixed input scale issue on iPhone 6+

Fixed for iOS 8!

First of all, we've added an option in the settings of your iDevice to turn on (defaults to off) "Sticky Headphones." Which will allow you to continue listening to music no matter how fast you go. Also in the settings menu, you can throttle the Sound and Music volume to whatever you like to facilitate listening to your own music while you ski. We've fixed some bugs having to do with different situations in iOS4. Some of you were experiencing freezing after exiting the app via double-tap and so on, and we've managed to fix those cases. Finally, we've added Facebook/Twitter support (via OpenFeint)in the end-game menu screen.

Universal application with iPad and iOS4 retina display support along with some minor tweaks to graphics. Also added a local "personal best" score to the end game menu.
