Please note, the UKG Pro mobile app is only available to authorized customers of UKG. Your organization must enable access to the mobile app and some features may need to be enabled by your admin.
App designers have not tried and used the app themselves, or never tested on users.. The app is not customizable and not intuitive. To punch in, one needs to click multiple times; I find it should be one click max.
