Too bad

Lionel Galoutch
Too bad, the workout isn't suited for beginners or overweight people, even in the beginner program! The explanations are too simplistic, the thumbnail for the next exercise is too small - not enough time to prepare and understand the movement when you don't already know it, joint and back pain after sessions, music can't be changed! The rest time between exercises is too short for beginners.

Dear Lionel,Could you let us know which program/workout you tried? The Power Parents program might be a great fit, as it includes full instructions and explanations from Leo throughout. In the customizable programs, you can also adjust the difficulty, rest time between exercises, and even play your own music. We'd really appreciate it if you'd give the app another try and, if your experience improves, consider updating your review. For any questions, don't hesitate to reach out at contact@leomoves.com.Best, Leo
