this honestly changed my life. i am recovering from a burnout and when i firstdownloaded mila i had high hopes, and all of them were surpassed immensely. i felt so safe (bawled my eyes out the first session because i felt so seen) and camilla makes you feel so capable. this app has saved me at my lowest and i cannot thank julie and camilla and the whole team behind it for creating this wonder. mila saves lifes, i'm sure of it.

I downloaded Mila 3 months ago and I absolutely love it!! Camilla is such a cheerleader and she never motivates me to go across what feels good in my body, which is a first for me in de fitness industry. With Milas guided runs I started to run again after a 10 year break and found a love for running I never thought I‘d have. It‘s also the first time ever I am doing strength training and actually enjoing it 😊 But my favorite (next to the guided runs) are Solves dance cardio classes 😍 They are just so much fun!
