Your profile now opens straight away. Telos keeps your profile on your device, so it appears the moment you open the app instead of waiting on a connection. Patchy Wi-Fi no longer leaves you staring at a loading screen, and losing signal won't sign you out. Also: if you put your ritual off, Telos now checks back once and then leaves it for the day.

We improved the speed and reliability for smooth conversations with your coach.

A cleaner pass through your profile. Create a Vision, Set Inner Goals and Building Habits are shorter and clearer, with better prompts and fewer questions to get through. Life areas are now Mind, Body, Relationships, Career, Money, Growth, Play and Spirituality. You can add goals and habits one at a time instead of filling in one long box, and writing in your journal instead of the app is a much cleaner experience. Finishing an exercise now lands properly, and your coach responds to what you actually wrote. Also fixed: the membership screen appearing twice, and voice replies from your coach are noticeably faster.
