We've updated Floor Force One to take advantage of iOS 26 with Liquid Glass and a range of UI improvements across the board. Introducing Face Filters • Choose a filter and workout as a Gorilla, Fox, Ninja, or many others. Perfect for making your workout just that little bit more fun and for sharing on your socials in an attention grabbing way. Introducing Adaptive Workouts • Complete at least one workout and Floor Force One will use your performance data to craft a workout plan tailored specially for you. You can generate a new tailored plan at any time based on all your previous experience. Introducing Workout Settings • Adjust various workout settings before you start your working, with the inline workout settings sheet. Adjust the volume, countdown time, and face filter, immediately before your workout without having to go to settings. Share your workouts • We've added a screen record feature so you can easily record your workout and upload to your favourite socials. Achievements and Leaderboards • Compete against yourself and others Additionally, we've improved our integration with Strava, and made some minor UI improvements throughout.
