I get that some people will be reluctant to delegate therapy to an AI. I’ve tried real therapy and it’s helped a lot, but I don’t need to keep doing that nor do I want to spend a fortune. Purpose makes it much easier to check in with myself regularly and challenge beliefs, assumptions and stories. If it wasn’t for this app there’s a chance I wouldn’t be with my gf anymore… it’s been over a year and I’m so lucky to have her and be hers, and I have to credit Purpose with challenging me and my blindspots. It’s my first real relationship, and it’s as real as it gets! I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was an easy one. Thanks Mark and the team!!!
