WHY PLANCH
ONE TASK AT A TIME
Your Now screen shows one active task instead of a wall of unfinished work. When several tasks are available, you can swipe between them while keeping your attention on one clear next step.
A SMARTER TASK MANAGER
Planch considers availability, deadlines, reminders, contexts, and urgency when organizing your queue. Important work stays visible without constant priority reshuffling.
TASKS BUILT FOR DIFFERENT SITUATIONS
Not every task works the same way. Planch includes three task types:
Frog: A small, avoided task you need to stop putting off.
Elephant: A larger goal broken into manageable bites. Complete one bite at a time instead of facing the entire project.
Orange: A time-sensitive decision with a deadline and a fallback choice. If you do not decide in time, the default outcome is applied.
REMINDERS AND DEADLINES
Schedule reminders for individual tasks, add deadlines when timing matters, and receive a daily summary of what needs your attention.
PLAN YOUR DAY OR WEEK
Use availability windows, contexts, and deadlines to decide when tasks should enter your queue. Planch can work as a focused daily planner or lightweight weekly planner without adding another complicated calendar.
BREAK GOALS INTO A CHECKLIST
Turn large goals into Elephant bites and work through the checklist one step at a time. Planch surfaces the next unfinished bite so you always know where to continue.
ACT LATER, INTENTIONALLY
When now is not the right moment, delay a task until a better time. Planch keeps track of it and returns it to your queue when it becomes available again.
REPAIR STUCK TASKS
Tasks that expire, get delayed repeatedly, or need a better plan move to the Repair Shop. Adjust the deadline, change the task type, break it into bites, shrink the estimate, or remove it.
SEE YOUR COMPLETE TASK LIST
Open Tasks Bag to review what is available now and what is still in the queue. You can also view completed tasks or open your full task list whenever you need the bigger picture.
HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Keep your next task visible with the Planch widget, so your most important next step is always close.
PRIVATE AND LOCAL-FIRST
Planch works without an account. Your tasks, reminders, goals, and completed items stay stored locally on your device.
