Hxmy Task is a fast, private task manager for iPhone, iPad and Mac. No account to create, no ads, no tracking, and nothing to subscribe to.
SPEAK IT, DON'T TYPE IT
Hold the microphone and just say the task. Hxmy Task writes it down and works out the date, the time and how often it repeats — "pay the rent on the 1st of every month", "water the plants every other day", "call the dentist tomorrow afternoon". Date and time recognition runs entirely on your device and understands English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, so it keeps working with no network and no cloud account. The language you speak is yours to pick, separately from the language the app is in.

"Add a task to Hxmy Task" captures it without opening the app, and Siri reads back what it understood so you know it landed.
WHEN THE LIST IS TOO LONG
Tap the sparkle and Hxmy Task picks the three things worth doing first, each with one short reason. It picks only from your own list and can never invent a task, and the reasons come back in whatever language your tasks are written in. On device by default.
ONE PLACE FOR TODAY
Today gathers everything due across every list, grouped into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and the days after, so you never have to open each list to find out what matters. Star the few things that actually matter and they get their own view.
REPEATS THAT MATCH REAL LIFE
Repeat every N days, weeks, months or years. For weekly, pick exactly which weekdays. For monthly, pick which days of the month — the 1st and the 15th, or the last payday of every month. End a series never, on a date, or after a number of times. A preview shows you the next few dates before you commit.
BUILT FOR REAL LISTS
Colour-coded lists, subtasks, notes, drag to reorder, drag between lists, three sort modes per list, and search across everything. Completed work collapses out of the way instead of cluttering the list. Anything you delete waits 30 days in the Trash, so a slip of the thumb is never final.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything is stored on your device by default. Turn on iCloud sync and your tasks travel through your own iCloud account — a private database only you can read. There is no server of ours in the middle, and no account for us to hold. Share a single list with a partner or a colleague when you want to; keep everything else to yourself. Changed your mind? Move a list back to this device and its copy in iCloud goes away — without deleting a single task.

iCloud sync is now more reliable. Shared lists are recognized correctly across all your devices, and the Shared section on iPad and Mac now includes both lists shared with you and lists you share with others. Normal background cancellation no longer appears as a sync failure. This update also includes fixes for calendar mirroring, recurrence, sharing and date editing.
