Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Good ressources, but overpriced and occasionally unreliable

The ADHD resources are good, but do not contain anything that isn’t available for free online. Also, some of the advice seems to stand on shaky scientific evidence (e.g. the nutrition module). There app also offers 1-on-1 coaching, which I haven’t tried, as I haven’t been able to figure out the qualifications of the coaches (i.e. if they are just certified coaches or trained psychologists etc.).

On a positive note, the structure of the modules is good and there are guided co-working sessions on zoom which are good (even though there are occasionally issues with last minute cancellations, but they are not too frequent).

So, overall, not bad, but definitely overpriced for what is offered.

Helpful for light adhd syptoms

I found the app quite helpful! and it was worth to try for 1 month even if it is quite expensive at 50 $ per month. Half of the content is rather basic selfhelp/productivity stuff but there were a few new things too. But the good thing about it is the structure, with challenges and chunked up exercises that really guide you through the process, as well as the community and coach, which makes you actually make small changes in your life instead of just reading about big changes and never do them. Thank you! Question though: why do you sell usage data linked to the user to other companies? Thats really disappointing
