Brilliant customer support

I had a problem with the stability of the app. So I contacted the customer service and promptly got the answer and shortly after the updated app with the solution of the problem. Impeccable service. Thx

App crash on iOS 12

The app crashes on iOS 12 both in the iPhone and iPad. New versions are scarce. Is this app even maintained and updated?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our server was a bit unstable for a while. We've already fixed the issue so please check again.

Could be much better, needs more work and polishing

It constantly crushes, the activity sheet is confusing (present but you’re told Apple does not allow highlighting w/o sharing the document), impossible to remove the social sharing buttons ( Facebook and Twitter etc, which are constantly in your face on the top row of the activity sheet, WHY?)

If the app had more development and testing out into it it could really be useful. I would not pay a subscription for something like this right now. Too frustrating to use.
