The user’s info and GPS info is incorporated into the transport request for a seamless experience saving valuable time. First responders and hospitals can see details of the transport including a map and countdown clock regarding helicopter arrival during any part of the transport. Hospitals can login and make a fight request at any clerk or nurses station. Once the helicopter is on the way, all users can see the aircraft in real time and communicate to the dispatch center and crew via the app. Note: Registration is required for all users. Once registered, users can access basic app functions. Only approved users will have access to advanced features, including the ability to launch an air medical helicopter.
