Meet Mini Zone - a health data management application specifically designed for users, maintains a stable connection with the smart ring via Bluetooth 5.0 and supports the following core data modules:
Step Tracking:
·Automatically records daily steps and walking distance;
·Hourly step distribution bar chart (00:00-23:59);
·Daily/weekly/monthly step trend bar chart;
·Manual setting of daily step goals.
Sleep Analysis:
·Statistics on sleep stages (deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep duration);
·Sleep quality score (based on continuity and proportion of deep sleep);
