Description
mobilecharge is the simple solution for charging station operators and users. Whether real estate management, tenant, employer, employee or hotel the billing of costs is no longer a problem! Simply bill and start charging!
The mobilecharge app provides insight into the energy consumption and costs of the charging stations at any time.
Payment - no problem! Three payment options are available: Twint, SMS and credit card. If desired, the mobilecharge app can also debit the payments automatically. An e-mail alarm prevents transactions from being debited.
Attention: The app can only be used by registered users of system operators.

Wann wird die App wieder funktionieren
Seit 08.09.2023 ist die App sehr träge. Wann wird die App wieder funktionieren?
IOS16.6.1 app braucht ca.30sek zum starten (rädchen dreht) jeder klick braucht weitere 15-30sek bis die gewählte ansicht angezeigt wird.

Die App hat immer Funktioniert. Jedoch gab es über das Wochenende leider eine verlängerte Reaktionszeit.
Instabil
Saldo stimmt jeweils erst nach mehrmaligem aktualisieren der App. Die Ladungen werden schon seit Tagen nicht mehr angezeigt (App löschen und neu installieren hat nicht geholfen). Preis nicht ersichtlich!
Strompreis fehlt
Ich kann nirgendwo sehen, wie der Preis pro KWh ist. Das will ich wissen bevor ich mit der Ladung beginne.
