All HealthKit data stays on your device - Mocho cannot see it leave Apple Health, because there is no Mocho server. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything you log lives on your iPhone, in Apple's SwiftData. Mocho does not run a server, does not collect any data from you, and does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting. No login, no account, no email required.
