MODEXE: TWO WAYS TO WRITE, ONE PLACE TO THINK. Modexe bridges note-taking and real relational databases, natively on iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Write freely on one side and let that writing connect to structured, searchable data on the other. No prior database knowledge is required: You describe the things you care about, link them in plain language, and Modexe handles the rest. WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK • A clean, fast editor built on Apple's modern text engine. • Write in Markdown with live formatting, three heading levels, bold, italic, highlight, inline code, links, and per-paragraph alignment. • Type "/" anywhere to drop in something richer MODS: BUILDING BLOCKS FOR YOUR DOCUMENTS • Insert self-contained blocks for text, checklists, lists, tables, images, files, and handwriting. • Collapse, lock, reorder, move, sync, and reuse them across different documents. • Nothing is ever lost: removed blocks go to a drawer you can restore from anytime. A REAL RELATIONAL DATABASE, MADE SIMPLE • Create tables for anything: clients, courses, assignments, guests, invoices, tasks, or job applications. • Type what a column is for, and Modexe picks the right type. • Add columns for text, numbers, dates, currency, and color-coded statuses. • Link tables together by simply answering "How many can connect?" STRUCTURE THAT DOES THE WORK • Lookups and rollups that calculate across your linked records automatically. • Filtered views, kanban boards, and workspaces to see your data any way you need. WORKSPACES, BUILT FROM YOUR OWN STRUCTURE • Modexe assembles a workspace from the tables and links you defined: the relationships you drew are the layout. • Nothing is guessed, and nothing is generated. The same data always produces the same workspace, and it works with no network connection. • Change a link or a column, and the workspace follows. YOUR NOTES, CONNECTED TO YOUR DATA • Drop a relational chip to reference a real record. • Rename the record and the chip updates everywhere. • Every mention becomes a backlink, so from any client or course you can see every note that touches it, with no manual filing. WRITE BY HAND • Full Apple Pencil support on iPad: create handwritten documents with ruled lines, grids, and auto-extending pages. • Drop a sketch directly into a typed document. • On iPhone, draw with your finger. • Handwriting created on iPad or iPhone is viewable on Mac and syncs with the rest of your work. WORK IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE • Open a second document side-by-side in the Companion sidebar. • View a record next to your notes, or drag a Modexe Module from one document to another seamlessly. START FAST • Choose a preset for notes, courses, event planning, or a sales pipeline, and begin with real structure instead of a blank project. • A guided tour walks you through the essentials, and Help is always a tap away. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Modexe is local-first: it works fully offline, with everything stored on your device. • Signed into iCloud, your work syncs privately across your Apple devices. • Import and Export as CSV anytime. No lock-in, ever. Modexe is a place to think. Write as freely as a notebook, and let it quietly become organized, connected knowledge. Pro is available as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. The one-time purchase includes all future Pro updates. The subscription renews automatically until canceled and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
