Record voice notes during an active shift, add text notes when voice is not practical, and turn captured notes into structured reports for review. The app is designed around speed, clarity, and recovery, so workers can focus on support work instead of paperwork. Key features: - Sign in with email and password. - Open and resume active participant shifts. - Record voice notes with a clear recording state. - Add text fallback notes. - Keep a timeline of captured shift notes. - Generate structured reports from shift notes. - Review, approve, and share reports. - Recover from upload or transcription issues without losing local audio. NDIS Shift Notes uses Firebase Authentication and a secure backend session. Voice recordings, transcripts, notes, and reports are processed only to support the documentation workflow. This app is intended for support documentation workflows. It does not replace professional judgment, provider policy, or legal compliance review.
