Pedali offers interval training that can be customized to best meet your needs whether you want to start running for the first time, use it for physical recovery exercises, or need a custom repetitive timer on your side. Pedali allows for all of these use cases simultaneously through the multiple named workouts feature which saves as many workouts as you would like in your library. The personalization doesn’t end there as Pedali has 5 feedback settings to truly tailor the user experience to meet individual needs. It is also one of the only apps on the market that provides an optional countdown feature that allows users to stow their phone before a run or to implement other activity before the intervals begin. Your Pedali workout can also be paused, resumed, and skipped at any time which makes it compatible with all interval training. Pedali can be used in light and dark mode according to your display settings. Control your intervals!
