• The app now checks your VPN status at startup to clear any confusion, especially if the VPN was enabled from system settings or if the app was previously terminated in the background.
• We’ve corrected an issue with the favorite server list not updating properly.
• A “Forgot Password” link is now available on the sign-in screen to help you quickly reset your password.
• A “Delete Account” link is now available if you need to remove any traces of having a PrivateVPN account.
• Fixed layout issues in landscape mode on iPad for a better user experience.
• Additional minor improvements and bug fixes have been made to enhance the app’s performance and reliability.

Great vpn

Very reliable in my experience

Does not work for me

Bought a 2 year subscription only to find out that it does not work with a Japanese TV Website my wife wants to watch.

Support is very quick, even on weekends, which is appreciated, but not particularly helpful if they respond with „there’s no quick fix for this at the moment“. They have the money already, so of course for them there’s no need for a fix at all...

Lesson learned: don’t buy a subscription trusting it works with want you plan on using it for - test first.
