30% of my selected items were not available. How can any detergent be not available in a supermarket?? I had to warch over my shopper all the time and give substitutes for the most basic products therefore could have used this time to just go myself!

This app was good and practical when I downloaded it 2years ago, this past year it has gotten worst and worst, they should invest in having better staff and reliable delivery systems instead of chatbots and automated replies.
