RetinaSketch Pro is a clinical sketching and documentation tool built for ophthalmologists and eye care professionals.

This app is intended for ophthalmologists, vitreoretinal specialists, and trainees. It is not intended for use by patients, and nothing in the app should be treated as medical advice, a diagnosis, or clinical guidance. All drawings and educational content must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified specialist before informing any clinical decision.
WHAT IT DOES
• Sketch retinal findings — tears, holes, detachments, and other pathology — on an anatomically accurate fundus template
• Mark clock-hour extent, breaks, and detachment areas with dedicated drawing tools
• Reference Lincoff's rules as decision support for likely break location — a published estimation method, not a diagnostic tool. Findings must be confirmed by a scleral depression exam
• Generate clean PDF reports for documentation and teaching
• Browse the library tab for lesson content for trainee education
• Freehand annotation layer for notes on top of any sketch
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
RetinaSketch Pro does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking, and makes no network requests at all. Everything you enter — including patient information — stays on your device. Nothing is transmitted anywhere unless you personally choose to export or share a PDF.
