## Security

- DNS Firewall provides DNS over HTTPS (DoH) service, which protects your DNS privacy immediately. It protects you from DNS manipulation, a type of cyber attack used to block access to news sites, social media platforms, and messaging apps.

## Handy firewall

- Block domains as you like, by adding them to the block list with the ability of matching subdomains.

## Server maintains blocked categories

- We provide predefined blocked categories which are maintained and updated on regular basis, such as known malicious/phishing domains.
- Those block list are updated several times a day to keep block list data up to date.

## Block app/service

- You can block selected app/service.

## Your DNS query history

- Provides you a clear insight of your network queries. You can block or allow domains from there with a single tap.
- Show what domains your are visiting and what domains are blocked and why it is blocked (ad, malicious etc.)
- Timeline in query history show your device the most recent DNS queries.
- Query whois info in history.
- The query history is only available to yourself.
- You can also turn off query history, then the server won't save any query data.

We are fully committed to data security and privacy. DNS Firewall is in return protecting your own privacy. Your data is fully under your control.

- We don’t track your usage of DNS Firewall. There are no cookies, advertisements and analytics.
- DNS Firewall is designed to be used anonymously. We do not ask for any email, phone or personal information to use our app.
- We do not (and will never) sell or share any of the data submitted directly or indirectly by our users with any person or entity.

# Subscription

- Subscription is needed to use our service.
- 14-day free trial requires activation of monthly subscription $1.99/month.
- Payment will be charged to Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancel in your Apple account before end of trial to avoid payment. After trial, your subscription will start and renew automatically monthly, unless cancelled.
- 14-day trial is valid for one subscription only.

Client privacy is our first priority. We don't collect user information and avoid data leaks at the beginning. For example between device and server communication we only store public key on server and private key only store on device. In this way even server get compromised attacker can not get user credentials. The passkey authentication recently introduced by Microsoft, Apple and Google share the same mechanism but our customers already use this technology for secure and strong authentication from day one of our product launches.
Another example: We also use certificate transparency rather traditionally certificate pinning to avoid man in the middle attack. It totally cut potential man in the middle attacks. We did those hard work silently to want keep our customer safe and help them( like you) to keep privacy.
