Studia turns "I should probably revise" into a clear plan for exactly what to study today and it builds that plan on 30+ years of memory science, not study tips off the internet. Tell Studia your exam board, subject, current grade, target grade and exam date. It generates an adaptive, week-by-week revision plan for GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics — telling you what to study, when, and how. WHY STUDIA WORKS Most study apps are just calendars. Studia schedules every session around the techniques cognitive scientists rank as genuinely effective: • Active recall: sessions ask you to retrieve, answer and explain, not passively re-read • Spaced practice: reviews are spread at research-backed intervals so what you learn actually sticks • Interleaving: related topics are mixed so your understanding goes deeper • Desirable difficulty: each session sits just above your current confidence • Deliberate exam practice: exam-style questions, required practicals, command words and full papers, ramping up as the exam gets closer FOCUS SESSION MODE Start a session and Studia becomes a distraction-safe study cockpit: a large Pomodoro timer, your current task, and not much else. Social, photo and streak features stay hidden until you've finished. A Live Activity keeps timer progress on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and the timer keeps running accurately even if you leave the app. REFLECT AND ADAPT After each session you reflect in under 90 seconds and RAG-rate your learning objectives (red, amber or green). Studia turns that into a Study Score out of 100 and reschedules around it: red objectives get a repair session soon, amber objectives get more practice, green objectives move to longer-interval review. Your plan keeps adapting to you.
