The Post-App offers various features:
Login: Direct access to online services secured with PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
Push notifications: Get updates on upcoming shipments via push alerts.
Code scanner: Scan barcodes, QR codes, and stamps for additional information.
Location search: Find the nearest branch, parcel machine, or pick-up point, even without GPS.
Shipment tracking: Automatically track shipments by scanning tracking numbers.
Stamp letters: Purchase digital stamps and write the code on the envelope.
Send/return parcels: Address, frank, and have parcels picked up or dropped off.
“My shipments”: Get an updated overview of all your incoming shipments with push notifications.
Check address: Quickly find locations, postal codes, and addresses.
Missed mail: Scan the QR code on the collection notice to extend deadlines or plan a second delivery.
Report damages: Easily report damaged shipments.
Contact: Quick access to the customer service center.
Change language: Available in DE, FR, IT, and EN.
Feedback: Send feedback directly through the app.
Required permissions: Access to contacts, location, notifications, phone, and media for features like scanning and calling.

Ich möchte diese App nicht mehr missen. Ich erhalte Benachrichtigungen und kann Pakete verfolgen. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wenn man mit der App einfacher Versenden könnte und Paketetiketten erstellen dann hätte sie sechs Sterne verdient.

Danke für IHr freundiches Feedback. Aktuell ist ein Vorhaben am entstehen, welches das Frankieren und Paketversenden in der App vereinfachen wird (Zeithorizont (Q4 21)
DigitalStamp
Bis zum Juni 2023 konnte ich eine Briefmarke per SMS bestellen und einfach verwenden: Aufwand 10 Sekunden.
Jetzt musste ich eine Swiss-ID erstellen, die App downloaden, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass DigitalStamp nur mittels privatem Account nutzbar ist?! Aber wie ich mein Konto auf Privat stellen kann, steht nirgends. Aufwand 1 Std. und immer noch keine Briefmarke! Also brauche ich eine zweite Swiss-ID, plus Twint, muss mir 2 Passworte merken um künftig eine Marke zu ordern. Aus Kundensicht ist es keine Verbesserung. Dann hol ich mir wohl wieder Papierbriefmarken, bzw. nutze noch öfter den Scanner und Mail, statt Briefe zu versenden.

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Aus Kundensicht muss beachtet werden, dass bei der SMS-Briefmarke jeweils die Kosten für das SMS vom Provider belastet wurden - wären Sie bereit diese zu tragen. Mit der neuen Lösung sowohl A- wie B-Post Marken bezogen werden können und zudem auch Pakete frankiert werden können. Für den Account Wech-sel von Geschäftskunde zu Privatkunde, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundendienst.
SwissID Zwang!!
Eine Schande für ein Bundesunternehmen! Kann doch nicht sein, dass ich bei der Nutzung dieser App gezwungen werden, meine Daten an ein Privatunternehmen zu geben. Wechseln wir halt wieder auf die Klassischen Varianten (Postschalter & Homepage).
