Trace 1.0.1 brings iCloud sync, so your notes and the graph that connects them now stay in step across iPhone and iPad, privately and automatically through your own iCloud account. This release also adds iPad support with bigger graph nodes, a new large home-screen widget, and a layout designed for the iPad's screen. A short first-launch tour introduces the graph and how connections form for new readers, and entity marking is smarter throughout — names, places, and organizations get underlined as you type with no extra tap, Organization is now its own entity type distinct from people, places, and concepts, and the entity-marking control was rebuilt to feel more immediate. Privacy is unchanged: everything stays on your device and syncs only through your private iCloud database, with no accounts, no servers, and no analytics.
