Pick up any project exactly where your thinking left off.
Warmstart is a focus and project-context tool for people who do deep work across days, devices, and interruptions. Instead of rebuilding your mental model from scratch, capture the state of a thinking once and reload it when you return.
How exactly? Easy, you will be guided to type specifics about your project that you will later use to "load" the details into your working memory. When you are "loading" your project into your mind, these details will be presented to you step by step and finally you will hit the "enter focus" button.
When you tap that all the notes will be displayed together and a live activity with a timer and action button will become available to you on the lock screen to help you stay in focus.
When you finish your session you can tap finish session and will be given opportunity to update your notes on your most recent work. Beyond that, you also have "thought parking" functionality, that you can use to save some of your thoughts and worries for later review.
REBUILD YOUR WORKING CONTEXT
Warmstart preserves the parts of your thought process that ordinary task lists miss: why it matters, where you stopped, how the pieces fit together, what remains unresolved, and the next physical action.
LOAD IDEAS IN FIVE GUIDED STEPS
Return through a calm, structured sequence that helps you recover the project one layer at a time. Move from recognition to understanding, then into action without staring at a blank page.
STAY WITH ONE CLEAR NEXT MOVE
Focus mode keeps your immediate action visible and tracks your session without timers that force breaks. On iPhone, a Live Activity can keep the current project and next move available from the Lock Screen.
PARK DISTRACTIONS WITHOUT LOSING THEM
When another thought demands attention, save it in Thought Parking, choose when to review it, and return to your work knowing it has not been forgotten.
LEAVE A RETURN PATH
At the end of a session, record where you stopped and what should happen next. Your future self can resume with context instead of starting cold.
BUILT FOR CONTINUITY
• Organize multiple projects
• Preserve project context and open questions
• Turn ideas into one visible next action
• Review parked thoughts at a deliberate time
• Sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud
• Work without an account, ads, or analytics
Warmstart is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Your projects and parked thoughts remain on your Apple devices and in your private iCloud database when sync is enabled.
