The Well app puts your health in your own hands: day or night, no matter where you are. It is your reliable companion throughout the course of medical treatment, providing you with self-determined and secure digital access to health care services and your personal records. In making all this available to you, the Well app has for the first time brought together doctors, pharmacists and health insurers on a single platform.

Well is a joint project involving Swiss partners from a variety of health care providers: CSS, Medi24, Visana, DocMorris, Galenica and Swiss Medical Network. Your personal information is securely stored on Swiss servers, and only you can decide when and with whom it will be shared. No data will be shared with insurance companies without the consent of the users.

In the current app version, you can expect:
- CSS only: customers with Multimed and Telmed model can report their emergency treatments after certain Symptom Checker results.

Highest privacy and security definition?
How do you define the “highest standards of privacy and security”?
Is everything E2EE encrypted? If yes, how are the keys managed? Who did the audits? Where can I review the source of back and frontends? 2FA?
I don’t want to share my data with zur Rose. Will it be possible to still join?
As long these questions are not answered I won’t be able to register.
