Develop your leadership skills from anywhere! Transform is now available in 15Five’s iOS mobile app. On-the-go learning for leaders that lead to better business outcomes. Managers who participate in 15Five Transform can now complete their courses right from their smartphone.

Improvements Introducing the new "My team at a glance" tab on iOS! Managers will be able to quickly assess where their teams stand and where their focus should be directed.

Minor fixes and performance improvements

Improvements Filling out Check-ins now includes a new multiple composer for upcoming priorities, questions, High Fives, and answers to the Check-in. This will eliminate the possibility of any buggy experiences. Under the ellipses of Check-in responses, you will also be able to quickly link objectives, private answers, add to 1-on-1s, and edit and delete responses. Additionally, there’s been added mobile support when Check-ins are disabled for certain groups. Users of a specified group won't see the feature on their mobile app. Fixes - Fixed issue of not displaying features for Perform plan - Fixed the inability to submit Check-in answers - Improved stability

Improvements Some great improvements to the main navigation experience! We heard a lot of feedback on how the 1-on-1s feature is hard to find and navigate, so we made it super easy to access right now through the main navigation. Notifications will live at the top right of the screen so you can easily track all the new notifications coming in. We also added the icon to distinguish the notifications that have not been read yet. Additionally we added the option to “Mark all as read” so the house keeping of your notifications is possible with a single button click. We also improved our empty states and loading states to make your time waiting more joyful and delightful. Made pressed states consistent across the application. We’ve added a seamless way to navigate to Best-Self Reviews from the More menu. - Improved the Pulse dashboard with the most up to date source of Pulse information for managers and admins. - Made SSO-login experience easier and straightforward. - Updated mentioning functionality to be consistent across the application. - Updated the Objectives Dashboard to list all Objectives visible to you. - Improved the keyboard experience when responding to answers. Now it will open automatically so you can add your answers right away. - Improved the calendar view for 1-on-1s and added the Managers notes section into the 1-on-1s agenda. - Added the ability for you to select the mail client you want to send In-app feedback from. Improvements 15Five Managers now have an improved organization of the My Team list! We’ve added sections to the My Team page based on manager priorities and status of their team’s check-ins.
