1. Single Sign-On (SSO) Login via Salesforce Textolic now supports Salesforce-based Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. Users must log in through Salesforce to access Textolic. Key Benefits: Centralized authentication through Salesforce Improved security by logging in from a single trusted platform Eliminates the need for separate Textolic login credentials Note: The setting “Relax IP Restrictions” must be manually enabled for the Textolic Connector. 2. MMS & Media Messaging Users can now send media files along with messages on supported channels directly from Textolic conversations. Supported Channels & Providers: MMS: Twilio, Aerialink WhatsApp: Twilio, Meta Capabilities: Attach and send media files within ongoing conversations Seamless media handling across supported channels Note: MMS PDF size is dependent on the carrier’s size limit. 3. Templates – SMS & WhatsApp Textolic now supports reusable templates for both SMS and WhatsApp messaging. Highlights: Folder-based template organization Object-specific template visibility based on Salesforce objects Merge Fields Support Templates with merge fields automatically populate data from Salesforce records, enabling personalized messaging with minimal manual input.

New Features Keypad on the Calling Screen You can now access the keypad during an active call. This is particularly useful when the receiving end has an IVR system, allowing you to interact with it by pressing the necessary keys. Push Notification Redirection to Relevant Record Clicking on an SMS push notification will redirect you directly to the associated record, streamlining navigation and improving user experience. Bug Fixes "To Number" Not Populated in Chat Tab Previously, there was an issue where the "To" number did not appear in the Chat tab. This has now been resolved, and the numbers are displaying correctly.

Call History Issue Resolved: The issue affecting the Call tab has been fixed. Users can now view their full call history without any problems. Caller Name Display Fixed: The issue with caller names not displaying correctly for incoming calls has been successfully resolved.
