1. Enquiries are now available on the app! You can create or edit your Enquiries and have the full functionality available on the Web Portal – allowing you to close an Enquiry or Convert it to a Quote or Job. When converting the Enquiry to a Quote/Job you also have the ability to use any of your templates to quickly create the ideal Quote or Job.

2. New Custom Field Type supported – Link Buttons – You can now have a Custom field that the users can tap to browse to a specified url (and you can also specify parameters for the related URL!).

3. New Equipment Area – jump into the Equipment for all Customers with a search filter to locate the Equipment you’re after!

4. Supply Custom Fields – Custom Fields have now been added across the board for Supplies! Custom fields added to Supplies or Supplies on a Quote or Job will now be displayed in app.

5. Task Permission Adjustments – the “Can View all Tasks in the Task area including those assigned to others” now behaves as expected. When ticked off you will only be able to see your tasks and will exclude tasks that have no assigned user.

6. Quote Bookings – It is now possible to add a Booking against a Quote that’s completed as long as it’s not won or lost.

7. Job Creation – Job Type is now blank on creating a new Job if no default value has been set.

8. Quote Emailing – Now possible to set whether a Quote is marked as Sent when it’s emailed out.

9. Linked Users Adjustments – Linked Users can now see a Job if it is assigned to another user but has them as the Linked User.

10. Sync Improvements – Significant work in the performance of the synchronisation process.

11. Attachment Upload Improvements – Attachments will now upload in the background even if the app is closed.
