This app has been a plague. I regret downloading it. I have issues, I sent you guys a mail and no answer. I restricted sign in and change device since my phone got wrecked. Now I understand the fact logging in the notebook app may be impossible due to restricting sign in in one auth.But why can’t I log in on one auth? I still I have the same email with my password. How can I disable the restricted sign in, if I can’t even log in on one auth it self. It’s mind blowing!!!! I have more 200 notes on zoho notebook, and they are very important.Come on! I’ve been using this app from 2019. It’s becoming a major issue for me, I’ve tried literally everything. Please do something, and stop ignoring me.
Kindly ensure that there is at least one active session of the Zoho OneAuth application in order to deactivate Restricted sign ins when you need to log back into the account.
