The B7 app is a very distinctive sports app for men and women that provides the user with all the exercises that target all the muscles of the body. It includes home exercises using simple tools, and it includes exercises in gyms using special devices and equipment. These exercises have been scientifically and professionally approved, and the carefully crafted instructions for these exercises are compatible with 3D animation.
