What's New Caseload Glance. A new screen at the top of the Students tab shows every student's status at a glance: Review the Plan, Watch, Ready to Fade, On Track, Ready to Start and more. Dots show the last 10 days and whether the goal was met each day. Automatic backups - The app backs up about 30 seconds after any change and whenever you leave the app, and keeps hourly snapshots. - Choose an iCloud Drive folder to keep a copy off your phone, then restore from it on a new iPhone. - Restore from any backup file (.zip or .json). - Better spreadsheet export. The Excel export now has real dates, bold frozen headers, readable columns first, and a Data Dictionary tab explaining every column. Student ID. An optional Student ID field; leading zeros are kept. Improvements - Opening a student on the Students tab selects them in Entries and Analysis. - Student filters now sit in a compact grid. - Printed reports and point sheets are US Letter size, and long notes continue neatly onto the next page. - Past school years open with "All" selected in Analysis. - The group calendar counts students only from the day they started. - Group analysis combines behaviors with the same name across students. - A new plan's goal date defaults to the end of that plan's school year. Fixes - Editing a saved day now shows the changes right away, and Cancel fully undoes them. - "Goal met" uses the rounded percent everywhere, so 90% with a 90% goal counts as met. - Re-applying a template no longer duplicates behaviors. - Period notes are kept when a day's schedule changes, and the app asks before removing a period that has a note. - "Mark all 2s" asks before overwriting existing scores. - Plan history and year-over-year comparisons stay with the right school year. - Short-range charts stay inside their frame. - Students in baseline show "baseline" instead of "under goal". - Rotating to landscape works when the phone is already sideways. - If the data can't be opened, the app shows a recovery screen instead of closing.
