ECDoc app works in association with other apps that comes along from HELYXON. ECDoc app will be by Doctors in association with HELYXON suite of applications. ECDoc application enables Dr's to do Tele-Consultation services to all their patients irrespective of the location. This app is the need of the hour as it enables remote consultation possible. With this App Dr will be able to provide Tele-Consultation via Video call, Audio call.
Once logged in by the Dr with the given credentials, Dr will be able to view all the Tele-Consultation appointments booked for today. If needed Dr can also view yesterday, Tomorrow and the next 7 days as well. ECDoc apps displays the video call status as well which is a unique feature with different color codes. Dr will be able to Notify the patient that Dr is ready and Patient can join the video call, this notification is done via a IVRS call and as well as via Text message as well.
Once Patient joins the video conferencing room the status of the Patient changes color automatically, this enables Dr to make a decision on whether to call other patients or continue with the same patient. This feature again saves lot of time and effort for the Dr in the mean time saves times for the Patient as well. Dr and Patient will be able to join the video consultation.
Post the consultation Dr will have the option to write the prescription and/or notes to the patient and Send via text message or to patients email. Incase of in challenges with the Video call, Dr will have option to initiate voice call to complete the consultation, this again is a unique feature of this application. Post the consultation Dr will have the option to Raise invoice, waive fees as well.
