This update focuses on stability and performance improvements under the hood to keep your training running smoothly: - More reliable activity syncing and pairing with your planned sessions - Improved accuracy in your weekly coaching summaries - General performance and reliability fixes

Evolv now sends push notifications. **Your plan, when it's ready** The moment your training plan finishes generating, your phone lets you know — no more refreshing the app to check. **Coach updates, on time** Your weekly coaching summary lands as a notification on Sunday evening, so you can read it whenever the week settles down. **Stay in the loop** We'll only send you what matters — plan updates, coach summaries, and the occasional gentle nudge. Plus the usual round of polish and fixes under the hood.

Your training just got a whole lot smarter — and a lot easier to follow. **A fresh look, inside and out** We've redesigned every screen from the ground up. Cleaner layouts, smoother animations, and a home screen that shows you exactly what matters today — no digging around. **Meet your Coach** Your weekly summary now comes with real coaching insights. Every week, Evolv reviews how your training went — what's working, what to watch, and what's coming next. It's like having a coach check in on Sunday evening, minus the awkward small talk. **See how well you executed each run** After a workout, you'll now see an Execution Score — a simple way to understand how closely your effort matched the plan. No guesswork. Just clear, honest feedback that helps you improve over time. **Apple Health sync** Training with Apple Watch? Your workouts now sync automatically through Apple Health. One less thing to think about. **Smarter weekly view** The training tab now shows your full week at a glance — planned sessions, completed runs, and rest days — so you always know where you stand. **Plus a bunch of smaller things:** - Improved activity detail screens with richer data - Better plan adaptation when life gets in the way - Smoother Garmin sync and workout uploads - Dozens of fixes to keep everything running smoothly We built this update around one idea: your training should feel clear, personal, and never stressful.
