The Human Centered Technology.App is a fully customizable, gamified, mobile platform that successfully enables companies to introduce sensitive culture-nurturing or culture changing topics to all its employees simultaneously.
Employees, in turn, are split into small mobile groups who can reflect on these topics in a safe, private manner - all while earning points, engaging in friendly competition and winning fun rewards. A few minutes of discussion or sharing each day can go a long way in driving subtle, sustainable understanding and change within an organization - without impacting productivity or efficiency.
