I paid for my ticket digitally with a local app that they gave me an option to pay with and it was a 2 way ticket the first flight was normal but the return they didnt let me return till now i am block nowhere cause the qatar airways team is so unproffetional so poor and no service literally no one helps the worst airways ever to exist i even proposed to pay another ticket in cash they didnt let me even tho my confirmation pass my check in all is good to go but they didnt let me fly cause their system says paiment not verified i showed reciepts proofs of payment was ready to do a payment check but nothing and the final thing is i paid 1350$ for the ticket they say that maybe and maybe they would refund me 200$ long story short they landed me in a anotger country and refused to let me back on the plane for proof of payments wich they didnt give me any solutions even tho the plane departed 3 hours later imagine 0 stars never go with qatar airways

This apps is difficult to use. You cannot type digits and letters. You have to do a copy paste all the time. What if the details to enter are on a hard copy?Now you enter your booking details is not recognized.
