You can now connect Notion to your automations and send notes and summaries directly to your workspace. We've also refreshed the chat experience with a cleaner design, richer formatting, and inline cards for pages and recordings. A5 and Half Letter notebooks are now supported, and diagrams from scanned pages appear in the editor as well as in Word, PDF, and Markdown exports. This release makes XNote more dependable when connections are unreliable. Handwriting, pages, and recordings stay on your phone until they reach the cloud safely, and local data is protected when the app starts offline. The app also explains more clearly what you can expect while you're offline. Pen syncing is safer too: misread pages no longer create empty pages, and notes are removed from the pen only after their transfer and backup have been verified. Calendar connections now show their status more clearly, and calendars on your phone can be used as a destination when saving events. Decorative background videos no longer interrupt music playing on your device. We've also included a range of stability and performance fixes.

New in 2.7.0 • Connections hub: link Google, Microsoft, Slack and Todoist, and manage them all in one place. • Scheduled exports send your notes to the right tool on their own. • Save a recording's audio file straight from the options menu. • Offline pen notes now attach to the meeting they were written in. • Faster page loading and a smoother first sync. • Fixes for pen connection, pen settings and page-scan downloads.

Print your own XNote paper Print smart paper at home on A4 or Letter, including daily planners, notes and more. A new pre-print checklist walks you through printer settings so every sheet comes out pen-ready, and a test-page step saves you from wasting a whole batch. Your pen, truly yours Pens are now registered to your account, so no one else can take one over. You can also set a hardware PIN on the pen itself and optionally remember it on this device. Your registered pen now reconnects without extra confirmation prompts. Pen status on your Lock Screen A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island shows your pen's connection, battery and pages waiting to sync. Fixed: blank pages on the canvas Some notes appeared in the text view but not on the page. This is now fixed for good. Previously affected pages heal themselves automatically. Redesigned offline sync Syncing offline notes is now one simple card with a prefilled destination, per-page selection and clearer thumbnails. A cleaner, faster app The new Home is now the home for everyone, with a proper single-column layout on iPad. Tab headers across Meetings, Search, Recordings and Creations got a native look, the notebook toolbar keeps your most-used actions visible with the rest in a tidy "…" menu, and you can now choose your writing language in Settings. Plus many smaller fixes and polish throughout.

XNote 2.5.0 is here with two major new features! • Page Scan is now available.
