JCRing is a multi-functional app integrating smart ring for your daily health tracking. By advanced monitor technology and algorithm, the different health devices tells you wide-ranging body information and provide various assists to help you reach your balance of body and mind.
Besides your daily activity, it can also get deeply into your heart, sleep, workouts and many other vital sings. This app then illustrates all data in beautiful statistic graphs for you to easily access them.
JCRing is packed with useful features when connected with different health devices including:
• ECG/PPG Heart Monitor
Accurate heart rate measurement with heart rate range analysis. Through research-based algorithm, it shows your HRV, stress level, blood pressure, SpO2, ECG and cardiovascular condition.
• Sleep Monitor
Record detailed daily sleep status including deep sleep, light sleep, and sleeping heart rate, Spo2 etc.
• Activity Tracking
24-hour tracking of your steps, distance, calories-burnt, active-time, and reached daily-goal.
• Data Statistics
Display historical trend of your health data by day, week, month, and year in vivid statistic graphs.

If you are using an Apple phone, in order to calculate the training consumption, we will receive and send your sports data from Apple's HealthKit with your authorization. To simplify your input process, we read your weight data from HealthKit. At the same time, the training data generated by your JCRing will be synchronized with Apple's HealthKit. Any information obtained through the use of HealthKit, such as weight and heart rate data, will not be shared or sold to any third party, including advertisers and other agents
