MBARC (Medikabazaar Asset Management, Recycle and Care) is an end-to-end platform to help hospitals manage their biomedical assets. MBARC is a novel business by Medikabazaar, India's largest online B2B platform for medical supplies.
We have launched the MBARC app to connect hospitals with biomedical service engineers and enable them to book services such as preventive maintenance, installation, breakdown maintenance and calibration. We currently cover tier-1 metro cities and some tier-II cities such as Chandigarh, Jaipur and Lucknow. We will be expanding our coverage very rapidly. On the MBARC app, the user can book and pay for their biomedical services:
1. Select biomedical services for your devices
We cover the following devices currently viz. C-Arm, CT Scan, Defibrillator, ECG Machine, Lab Equipments, Medical Furniture, Ortho Power Tool, Oxygen Concentrator, Patient Monitor, Smoke Evacuator, Ventilator and X-ray Machine. Additionally we also cover services for high Capital Expenditure devices such as MRI, CT Scan, Pet CT and HIPEC for our partner brands.
The services that we cover for the above devices are Ad-hoc Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Installation and Decommissioning, Calibration and Equipment Operational Training.
2. Pay for the services directly on the app
We enable real time payment on the MBARC app through our payment gateway partners.
3. Add your existing devices to the "My Devices" section
You can add one or multiple devices on the "My Devices" section of the app, and book services for each device seamlessly.
4. View your past bookings
Through the bookings section, you can view current and past service bookings, the devices serviced, the brand, and the service booked date.
