This *companion app* can help Monaeo subscribers automatically track and review the number of days they spend in different locations for personal or work purposes. If you are a business traveler you should check with your HR/Mobility team whether you are approved to use this app as part of Monaeo’s Enterprise Edition. If you are a Personal Edition subscriber, this app can help make for a stronger audit defense.

HOW THE MONAEO APP WORKS
Monaeo’s companion app can enhance the experience by providing an easy way for travelers to automatically log their trips on the mobile device of their choice (phone, tablet or laptop). The app can run in the background to help you effortlessly and securely track the number of days spent in different tax jurisdictions. This travel data is then encrypted and sent securely to our servers where Monaeo’s proprietary computation engines generate the relevant reports, alerts, data feeds, and calculations you need for confident compliance and audit defense.
