OrderShark gives distributors and sales organizations fast, automated, and easy sales order entry with barcode scanning.
The application is designed to present a sales rep or customer with the specific information based on the account. Including contract pricing, proprietary items, account details and A/R information. It's then an over simplified B2B order entry experience that includes scanning bar codes/UPCs, order by item number and a search of the entire supplier or distributor's catalog. When ready to send orders are transmited directly to a distributor's system for a completely automated experience.
All the information is available offline and then you can send orders via a connection when available.
Retailers and sales reps ordering use the smartphones they already own - a BYOD approach instead of buying expensive handhelds or maintaining old, unsupportable technology.
With OrderShark, the end user will be notified that your order arrived safely. You can copy previous orders and send orders by email.
• OrderShark scans any barcode type from any angle using the iPhone's camera. The enterprise version scans even faster than the free version.
• It reads all existing UPC types, shelf labels and QR codes, including but not limited to UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, MSI and Plessey.
• Review, edit, and copy previous orders. You can also send orders by email.
• When you scan an item, OrderShark looks up a description on the web if the item is not in the distributor’s catalog.
• Users send orders via WiFi or cellular networks.
• The app provides the status of all orders including confirmation that the host computer received the order.
• OrderShark supports international language sets for easy multilingual use.
