Our Gatekeeper is a community based convenience and security driven application. There is currently a community administrator interface, resident interface and security interface. All three interfaces have been unified to provide convenience and security services for the community.
Individual estates or communities have the ability to customize their usage of the application suite.
Access Module:
1. Panic button to notify residents of an emergency within a range automatically, with location coordinates of the house
2. Residents request access for their guests, scanned at the security and notification of this interaction is communicated to both resident and estate management.
3. Estate management has access to a week of guest entry data
4. Data on security personnel activity at the gate
5. Multiple entry access request from the same access code
Messaging Center:
Estate management is able to send individual messages to residents, or to everybody within the estate
Finance Module:
Estate Interface:
1. Set Facility Levy for your community, with effective date functionality
2. Manage Facility Levy payments intelligently filtered by the Houses in the Estate
3. Real time payment information on a dashboard with Excel Export functionality
4. Create Estate Projects with description and amount
5. Manage intelligently filtered project payment information by houses and in real time. Projects can be set in Active, Cancelled, Pause or Completed Status
6. Automatic reconciliation of payment information from multiple people in the same house
7. Intelligent automatic payment percentage analysis for Facility Levy and Projects
Resident Interface:
1. Get real time update of Facility Levy due for payment, with current and previous month status
2. Make estate levy payments directly from the app
3. Get real time update on Estate Projects
4. Make payments for your Estate Projects directly from the app
5. All time records for both Facility Levy and Projects are available
6. Real time payment notification is available and serves as receipt for payments
7. Automatic reconciliation of payments by different residents in the same house
